My Story
Recreating life and building dreams
Stop managing.
Start living.
For years, I thought the answer to everything was to try harder. Be more disciplined. More productive. More adaptable. Be less sensitive. Less overwhelmed. Instead, I burned myself out over and over again, trying to force a life that never truly fit me.
Until one day my body was all done.
You know that kind of season that strips back everything you though you knew: Motherhood, neurodivergence, renovations, you name it…
Being stuck in bed for several months, somewhere along the line I realized it was time to stop trying to manage everything, and start living the life I was designed for.

Owner + coach
I started this website a while back as a stress and productivity coach, was placed on hold in life, and now I’m back here again with a totally different agenda!
Project: Get a Life started as a way to make sense of everything that was happening to me. By sharing my thoughts, trials and errors, I hope to bring hope and motivation for those of you stuck in the same subconscious stress cycle that I was in.
Let me tell you the secret to a fulfilling life right away:
Just do less.
You read that right. Productivity. Happiness. Joy. Expansion. It all develops from this one adjustment. Sounds sketchy? Feel free to browse my favorite posts ↓ and let me convince you. Your carefree life is waiting just right around the corner.
